I love this anti-corruption ad!... It is based on the Lebanese proverb "ilo temm yekol ma ilo temm yehke" (he has a mouth to eat with but not one to speak with - often said about exceptionally quiet people)... Except that the headline now reads "if he has a mouth to eat with, you have a mouth to talk with" (or if he tries to get a bribe, you'd better report it). How effective the campaign will be though is a different matter in a country that uses the B system more than the A system.
