Palestine cigarettes? I kid you not! On every mouth, in every place says the slogan... Except on the world map that is! And you wonder why "it went up in smoke". It seems smoking not only can "cause a slow, painful death" (as the warning label goes) but it could also wipe you off geography. Sadly, on a note much closer to home:
