Is this a phallic symbol on a school?

Try as I might not to see a phallic symbol here, I couldn't! It was so plain obvious - the shape and that little opening on top.... Sure it's supposed to be a house (yeah, right!)... But the world part is that this was on the gate of a school (won't say which one). And on the opposite wall what do we have?

Something that was painted over - perhaps it was even more suggestive and some parent wanted to protect his child from any mind tricks.... However, as I crossed the street from that gate, what do I see?

Seriously people, right across from the gate of a school with a phallic symbol on it!
