First the city was for sale (now the country)

In 2010 I saw this "for sale" ad in Beirut: "An ancient city for the future in the Middle East, with sea view, temperate climate, inhabited by a mix of children, youth, and elderly, payment facilities available" (An ancient city for the future is Beirut's selling line), and today is interesting that the whole country is for sale:
"For sale: A country with sea view, two mountains, two rivers, two ponds, 18 sects and a few seculars, seventy parties and they all have right on their side, and they also have cannons. Interesting price for travel reasons."
