Every day is father's day in the Middle East!

Remember that joke from friends? (Episode 1.23) When Susan (Ross' ex new lover) and Ross (Carol's ex) were fighting as to the rights over Carol's baby which was the result of an artificial insemination between Ross and Carol...
"Susan: You get to be the baby's father. Everyone knows who you are. Who am I? There's Father's Day, there's Mother's Day, there's no... Lesbian Lover Day!
Ross: Every day is Lesbian Lover Day!"
As a very twist on this, have you ever wondered how come Father's day never managed to pick up in a society like Lebanon or the Middle East at large? Because, duh, "every day is father's day!" - didn't anyone think or know we live in a patriarchal society?
Now someone should tell that to the Exotica-Leo Burnett team. First, I have no idea in which social circles these people run. Maybe I ought ask some questions to married women reading this (and try to give some answers in the process):
Q: When was the last time your husband helped you with "half the load" of groceries?
A: He helps me all right - he eats it all after I cooked it.
Q: When was the last time your husband helped you with "half the load" of laundry?
A: Every day, he piles them up in a bundle and waits for me to pick them up. When I am sick and unable to do the laundry, he classifies his clothes "clean, dirty, dirty but wearable".
Q: When was the last time your husband helped with "half the load" of changing diapers?
A: By the time he mastered it, our child was graduating from university.
Q: When was the last time your husband helped with "half the load" of raising the kids?
A: When he acted in the Nido commercial. Pity, the director liked the first shot and so it was a wrap.
Q: When was the last time your husband helped with "half the load" of sex?
A: He didn't help me with "half a load", he helped with "the full load" - hence the pregnancy.
And with this sexual pun, this could be the only way of salvaging this ad which has been conceived (pardon the pun) in La-La Land.
