Those of you (or more like, those of me) who have been waiting for this, please take note: Rana Salam has opened a pop up store for her mishmaoul.com (mishmaoul means "incredible" in Arabic) in Beirut Souks just behind Hermes (Souk Bab Edris)... If ANYTHING in those new souks vaguely resembles the revival of the old ones, it's Rana Salam's store and her deep-rooted understanding of the Beirut DNA - as a city, a brand, an optic illusion, an a romaticized past.... The store opens from Monday to Saturday 12-6 p.m..
