Yasa, the NGO specialized in road safety and sensitization, struck a doublet with its end of year ads. First the Christmas "these aren't ornaments" referring to the traffic lights which are treated as curiosities in Lebanon...
... And then since in Lebanon New Year's Eve is called "ras el sene" which also means "the head of the year" - so they suggested "don't be without a head this year" (i.e. recknless!).
