Tarboosh - when growing up is optional.

Gandour is playing the childish ticket for their Tarboosh. It' a bit like Oreo and its "twist, dip, dunk" - stuff children do and adults never grow out of. I admit I am not part of the "rock, paper, scissors" generation since we never played it when I was growing up - or should I say while "growing older" - because the whole idea and the line behind this series of ads is "never grow up". I like the very minimalist approach of the ads and especially that they are illustration-based something of a rarity these days in Lebanon. It reminds me of the bumper sticker "growing older is mandatory, growing up is optional" - in the case of Tarboosh something never to do it seems.
