Oh! For 100 Euros, you can now but a ticket which will give you the chance to win Pablo Picasso's gouache L'homme au Gibus. The organizers including Picasso's own grandson, hope to sell 50,000 such tickets and a raffle draw will decide to whom this worthy piece will go to (estimated at a bit north of 1 Million Dollars). The money will go to "International Association to Save Tyre" which funds projects to save the UNESCO world Heritage site in our southern city.
