It was the same van, the same man, and the same name. He would come to the village and park next to our house way before sundaes or merry cream or Ben&Jerry became fashionable. It was pure Arabic Ice Cream, flavored with natural ingredients and the best refreshment of the summer... And then on Sunday, we would go to Klay3at where we would have an "aspaille" at Bouza Salem, which is the title of the below mixed media collage.
