This is the presumably last billboardffor March 14 which goes "Libnan byefro'o a'asawtak" which means "Lebanon matters depending on your " or "Lebanon might take a turn (or be redefined) depending on your ballot." A version is also present in Armenian language in an effort to sway the much needed Armenian vote which is supposed to make a big difference in three cricial districts - Metn, Zahle and Beirut 1.... There are three main Armenian parties in Lebanon but the biggest is the Tashnag which is siding with the Free Patriotic Movement throughout Lebanon and which is promising some 20,000 ballots.
