"3ayshi Wa7da Balak" new series from Tarek Chemaly

Something special, like love. Something stupid, like sex. And Arab women caught in limbo somewhere in between. A series that questions sexuality and moral codes for the female gender in the region. The title comes from Ziad Rahbani’s song “she lives alone without you” (about an emancipated woman surviving without a man). The English title is "something special, something stupid" which also comes from the song and the lyrics go on... Like "I love you".
